At Hansø Home, we want you to love your space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Hansø Home boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and secure it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
